OUR SERVICES

TEAM

- Our team members work from Monday to Friday between 8AM and 4PM,

- We have team members ready to help you with administration, leasing, marketing, repairs/maintenance, and accounting. 

INSPECTIONS

- We do move-in and move-out inspections, bi-weekly walk-arounds and quarterly inspections inside the properties to assure everything is safe and functional.

MARKETING

- Our marketing team will assess rent values, promote the property, schedule showings and sign leases. 

​

- We utilize Marketplace as our main online platform for promoting properties. 

ONLINE PORTALS

- Tenants can view rent transactions, upcoming rent payments and have access to our Work Order Form for maintenance.

 

- Owners have access to property information such as leases, rent transactions, receipts for maintenance, various financial reports and also have access to our Work Order Form.

TENANT SCREENING

- Our leasing team is laser focused on finding good quality tenants that will take care of their new home. 

​

- We make sure to properly screen tenants before approving and signing leases. 

DIRECT DEPOSITS

- We accept payment via direct deposit from tenants and pay our owners via direct deposit on a monthly basis. 

MAINTENANCE

- Maintenance is a big part of our business and we prioritize a fast and efficient process to complete maintenance tickets.

- Our maintenance crew will communicate with tenants and owners to gather information and assure a smooth process. 

TECHNOLOGY

- We utilize technology such as CRMs and online softwares to systemize and streamline our processes. 

​

- From onboarding new owners, applications, leases, notices to maintenance and beyond, we automate communications, use online forms, as well as E-signatures. 

RENT COLLECTION

- We put great importance on collecting rent in a timely manner. 

​

- Tenants can pay their rent via e-transfer or direct deposit, and are also charged late fees on unpaid and pending rent. 

​

ACCOUNTING

- At the end of every month, we calculate rents and expenses (maintenance) and send disbursements to our owners along with detailed invoices.
