President / Administrator
With over a decade of experience in the real estate industry, JM offers a versatile skill set spanning sales, property management, project coordination, and renovations. Alongside his professional work, he has acquired and managed a diverse portfolio, including large multi-residential, smaller multi-family, and single-family homes. He has personally handled renovations and tenant management, demonstrating hands-on expertise and a deep understanding of property operations. JM is known for his industry knowledge, strong network, and proven track record in property management and real estate investment.

Ben Goguen
Vice-President / Maintenance Manager
With 10 years of experience managing and building a lawn-maintenance company from the ground up, Ben brings his business mindset, customer service, and employee-relations skills to the team. His wisdom, work ethic, and strategic approach help solidify the team’s vision and long-term goals of expanding into multiple fields. Ben currently owns two rental properties and aspires to continue growing his real estate investments over the years.

Greg Cormier
Leasing Manager
With a bachelor’s degree in Administration and a specialization in Marketing, Greg brings fresh energy and key ideas to the leasing team. He is a true team player who is young and motivated to uplift the team and succeed in the property management field. He carries a positive presence and provides high-quality service to tenants. Greg also caught the real estate “bug” and currently owns two rental properties, with plans to continue growing his real estate portfolio.

Pier-Alex Robichaud
Leasing Agent
Pier-Alex is in his final year of a Marketing degree and brings a calm, composed, and positive presence to the team. Young and full of energy, he contributes innovative marketing and branding ideas while steadily gaining experience in leasing. Pier-Alex is passionate about property management and hopes to incorporate his newly learned skills to help the team grow.

Zach Smith
Property Manager
Zach holds a degree in Marketing and has a background in Out-of-Home (OOH) sales. He is developing his expertise in leasing while leveraging his knowledge of administration and property maintenance. Proactive and committed to continuous improvement, Zach supports the team in various capacities and contributes thoughtful ideas to enhance the leasing experience for both tenants and colleagues.

Blake Hawkins
Property Manager (Fredericton Region)
Blake focuses on our Fredericton properties and brings extensive experience in management and operations. Known for his solution-oriented approach, he plays a key role in handling the workload in Fredericton while supporting the team’s growth. Blake is highly involved in leasing and maintenance and is a valuable asset to the team.
